Vegan Cookery Course - Summer Menu (JUST 2 PLACES LEFT)

On this "hand's on" vegan cookery course you will work alongside passionate vegan and Eat Shed founder Gian Bohan, to learn how to turn seasonal Summer food in to fabulous vegan dishes and unleash the power of a plant based diet.
 
On this one day vegan cookery course you will typically make the following vegan dishes to take home and enjoy.

Each vegan dish you make will serve 2 people:

  • Tropical buckwheat, broccoli, beetroot and nigella with turmeric slaw
  • Coconut three bean salad
  • Sprouted mung bean topper
  • Cashew cream dressing
  • Strawberry Fields dessert - strawberry and tofu "cheesecake" with mixed seed and oat base
  • Overnight Oat Pots - made with gluten free organic oats and organic soy milk

In addition Gian will demo three vegan dishes (examples of what he typically demos are below. You will get to try them on the day and also take the recipes home:

    •    Shed's fabulous power vegan smoothie using green banana, macha, almond milk and cocoa
    •    A delicious hummus; typically pickled walnut and butter bean
    •    A Middle Eastern cauliflower and lentil salad with paprika spiked toasted pumpkin seeds for lunch

Vegan cookery and vegan food is becoming more main stream as people are seeing the benefits of it and during the day Gian will give you lots of tips for making plant based food part of your diet or all of your diet.
