This Italian Pasta and Breadmaking Course is ideal for complete beginners as well as anyone wanting to refine their pasta and breadmaking techniques.

Join our expert bread and pasta maker, Steph Clubb on a fascinating "journey" round Italy.

On this full day "hands on" pasta and Italian Breadmaking course you will work alongside Steph to make the following: 


  • Colourful beetroot striped garganelli, a traditional egg pasta from Emilia Romagna 

  • Hand formed cavatelli, an eggless semolina pasta from Pulia

  • Delicious fresh pesto from Genoa

  • Italian Grissini breadsticks from Piemonte

  • Schiacciata con L'uva, a delicious sweet focaccia style bread from Tuscany filled with grapes and wine soaked raisins

All the fresh pasta and Italian bread you make on the day is yours to take home and share with family and friends and at the end of the course you will have the confidence to continue your pasta and bread making "journey" at home!



This pasta and Italian bread making course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
