Artisan Bread Making - An Introduction (SOLD OUT)

This is definitely a full hands on baking experience!  It's suitable for beginners as well as 'novice bakers' who want to refine their technique.

Under the expert supervision of master baker Andrew Auld you will learn to mix three different doughs:

  • A white or brown dough
  • Foccacia
  • Sweet dough

The course takes you through the different stages of bread baking, different kneading and shaping techniques.  Andrew will share some of his expert baking skills along the way ensuring by the end of the class you will be able to produce some wonderful tasting fresh bread.  Andrew's particular passion is sourdough so be sure to ask him about this type of bread during the course.

Course Times: 9.30 - 4.30

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
