A full days "hands on" introduction to French Bread Making and Viennoiserie with Andrew Auld, the master baker at the Loaf in Crich.
You will learn the art of making classic french doughs and under Andrew's guidance you will create a range of French classics such as the french baguette, croissants and brioche. Everything you make on the day is yours to take home and impress family and friends!
Course Times: 9.30 - 4.30
This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by Hartingtons.
