This introduction to Festive Artisan Bread Making Course is a day suited to beginners or home bakers wanting to refine their breadmaking techniques for the festive season.

Under the tuition of expert breadmaker Steph Clubb you will make 3 different doughs to create the following to impress family and friends:

    •    A delicious Stilton and Quince Focaccia using an overnight poolish.

    •    A versatile enriched sweet dough to make a show stopping Cranberry and Orange Couronne with a Mulled Spice Orange Drizzle Icing

    •    An every day white or brown dough to shape into a Delicious Festive Artisan Bread.

Steph will also demo a selection of Festive Breadsticks with Stilton, Cranberries and Caramelised Onion.
On this technique based breadmaking course you will learn that the doughs made are very versatile and can be made into many other breads and bakes.

This festive artisan breadmaking course is ideal for those who want to understand some of the science behind breadmaking and also make consistently good bread every time they bake.

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
