Tuscan dishes are traditionally full of big meaty, hearty flavours, especially in the Autumn when warming food is just what is needed in this mountainous area of Northern Italy. 

On this full day "hands on" course working alongside Nonna's chefs you will learn to cook a series of 3 Tuscan dishes and will have a tasting of what you have prepared for your lunch and then take the remaining dishes home to share with family and friends.

Seasonal Tuscan dishes will typically include:

  • Chicken liver bruschetta
  • Rabbit ragu pappardelle
  • Dessert - torta di riso from Massa & Carrara

Course Times: 9.30 - 4.00

This course includes refreshments and a light lunch of pasta e fagioli.
