Darren has been cooking professionally for 20 years 12 of which in the Peak District.  He has been at Losehill House for 6 years achieving 2 AA Rosettes & an entry in the michelin guide.

 

Darrens cooking style is based on classic flavour and style with a particular interest in a modern approach to technique.  He always likes to surprise!
