Italian Regional Seasonal Cookery - Abruzzo (JUST 2 PLACES LEFT)

Under the expert tuition of Christian Szurko you will be introduced to some of the culinary treats of Abruzzo. This undiscovered part of southern Italy has been described in Wikepedia as a 'gastronomical heaven'. Abruzzo owes much of it's stunning flavours to it's landscape of mountains, pasture and extensive coastline and Christians' menu reflects this diversity. On the day you will make dishes that typically include:
Starter
Salad of Grilled Octopus, artichokes, peppers ,rosemary and beans
Main
Porcetta with spiced lentils, baked tomatoes and fried courgette flowers.
Dessert
Chocolate and almond rolls with sour cherries
