Artisan Chocolate Making - At The Weekend (TUTOR ILL - COURSE BEING RESCHEDULED)

Join expert artisan chocolatier Lisa Davies on this one day introduction to artisan chocolate making course. Lisa will demonstrate how to temper chocolate both using a microwave and a tempering tank. During the day you will:
- create your own ganache and learn how to infuse it with mint and orange flavours. You will then go on to enrobe the ganache with dark chocolate to create your own stunning artisan chocolates with a selection of finishes.
- temper milk chocolate and produce your own hand crafted chocolate florentines
- make and customise your own white chocolate chards
- learn how to wrap and package your chocolates to produce stunning looking artisan chocolates (the perfect gift or present).

This chocolate making course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
