Speciality Bread Making Course (JUST 1 PLACE LEFT)
On this one day speciality breadmaking course you will learn the skills and techniques to create a range of fantastic tasting speciality breads.
On this full day "hands on" course you will learn to work with and produce 3 very different doughs and breads:
- a rye sourdough using a sourdough starter
- a wet dough which you turn into a fabulous focaccia
- learn the skills of lamination and vennoiserie and produce your own croissants or pain au chocolat
This bread making course with Master Baker, Andrew Auld will teach you a range of skills and techniques working with three very different doughs and increasing your knowledge and understanding of the bread baking process.
Course Times: 9.30 - 4.30
This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
