Setting Up A Food & Drink Fair (SOLD OUT)

This one day course is aimed at individuals and groups who are looking at establishing their own artisan food and drink fair.  Chris Horne and Julie Ryalls, Directors of Hartingtons School of Food, have established a number of successful food fairs in Derbyshire including the acclaimed Baslow Food & Drink Fair and more latterly the Carsington Water Food & Drink Fair with over 30 artisan food and drink producers.  Julie & Chris  will guide you through all the essentials of setting up your own regular artisan food and drink fair.
