Italian Regional Seasonal Cookery -Veneto (SOLD OUT)

Under the expert tuition of  Christian Szurko you will be introduced to some of the culinary treats of his Grandmother’s home region Veneto, around Venice. Venetians love fish and Christian who owns the oldest fishmongers in Sheffield is perfectly placed to show you how to cook it. Christian’s passion for the food of his homeland and spells at the Ivy in London have honed his appreciation for cooking simple but stunningly tasty food; the trademark of all Italian food.

During the day you will make dishes which will typically include:

Starter
Braised white chicory tart with seared scallops.

Main
Braised shin of beef with sopressa, anchovies and rosemary & grilled parmesan polenta.
 
Dessert
Fried cream (crema fritta).

Course times: 10.00 - 4.00 pm

This course includes all refreshments and a light lunch which Christian will cook for you.
