Artisan Breadmaking - At The Weekend - An Introduction (SOLD OUT)
This introduction to Artisan Bread Making day is suited to beginners or home bakers wanting to refine their techniques.
Under the tuition of Steph you will make 3 different doughs to create:
- Middle Eastern Spiced Focaccia or Mediterranean Focaccia using an overnight poolish.
- A versatile enriched sweet dough to make a sticky fruit couronne.
- A delicious white or brown dough to shape into a delicious artisan loaf.
On this technique based course you will learn that the doughs made are very versatile and can be made into many other breads and bakes.
Course Times: 10.00 - 4.00
This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
