A full days "hands on" introduction to French Bread Making & Veinnoiserie with Andrew Auld, the master baker at the Loaf in Crich. 

Andrew will teach you the art of deliciously light and buttery croissants.  How to make a 'classic' French baguette.  You will also be taught how to make and work with enriched doughs.  You will then go on produce the ultimate melt in the mouth brioche.

Everything you make on the day is yours to take home and impress family and friends!

Course Times: 9.30 - 4.30

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
