Did we mention bacon sandwiches?  You will then be taken to Peak Ales newly commissioned brewery to meet Rob Evans the owner of this quintessentially Peak District Brewery. Rob will take you on a tour of the brewery answering questions on the way it works and beer production on site.  You will return to Hartingtons for a hearty Derbyshire lunch followed by a brief presentation by Rob on his top 10 pitfalls to avoid and tips for setting up and running your own microbrewery.  This will be followed by a short Q & A session.  Having talked through the production of the beer we have a brief presentation by Adrian Corke owner of Staffordshire Brewery and one of the UK's leading contract bottlers for the microbrewery industry.  This day adds in the experience of meeting a number of microbrewers who has gone through the entire experience of setting up and making his dream a reality.  It also provides you with essential additional insight into equipping your brewery, bottling your beer and promoting your beer brand online.
