Authentic Tapas (SOLD OUT)
This one day introduction to northern Spanish inspired Tapas will highlight just why Javier's home town of San Sebastian has an amazing 16 michelin stars within the town.
Javier originally a chef and now owner of Basco Fine Foods, a leading supplier of traditional Spanish food, will share his passion for traditional Spanish Tapas and authentic Spanish food.
On the day you will work alongside Javier to make the following tapas to take home and share with family and friends:
- Spicy chorizo cooked in red wine and honey
- Clams with sherry and Iberico ham
- Hake Basque Style
- A fabulous Tarta de Santiago
In addition to this Javier will demonstrate the following 2 dishes, which he will make for your lunch:
- Watermelon Gazpacho
- Secreto Iberico with quince, rocket and manchego cheese
Course Times: 10.00 - 4.00
This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
