Artisan Chocolate Making - at the weekend (SOLD OUT)
Join expert artisan chocolatier Libby Carl on this one day introduction to artisan chocolate making course. Libby will demonstrate how to temper chocolate both using a microwave and a tempering tank. During the day you will:
- create your own ganache and learn how to infuse it with mint and orange flavours. You will then go on to enrobe the ganache with dark chocolate to create your own stunning artisan chocolates with a selection of finishes.
- temper milk chocolate and produce your own hand crafted chocolate florentines
- make and customise your own white chocolate chards
- learn how to wrap and package your chocolates to produce stunning looking artisan chocolates (the perfect gift or present).

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
