This Artisan Bread Making Course is a day is suited to beginners or home bakers wanting to refine their techniques.  If you want to understand the science and artistry of bread making along with how to bake consistently good bread at home this is the breadmaking course for you.

Under the tuition of our expert baker Steph you will make 3 different bread doughs to create:

  • Middle Eastern Spiced Focaccia or Mediterranean Focaccia bread using an overnight poolish.
  • A versatile enriched sweet dough to make a sticky fruit couronne.
  • A delicious white or brown dough to shape into a delicious artisan bread.

On this technique based bread making course you will learn that the doughs made are very versatile and can be made into many other breads and bakes.

This artisan bread making course is ideal for those that want to make consistently tasty bread everytime they bake.

Course Times: 10.00 - 4.00

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
